Inogen Rove 6 is a premium portable oxygen concentrator engineered to support an active lifestyle. It combines a powerful pulse-dose delivery system with long-lasting batteries and a very compact form factor, allowing many oxygen users to leave traditional cylinders behind and move freely — at home, outdoors, in the car, or on an airplane.
With a weight starting at only 4.7 lbs (about 2.1 kg) including the standard battery and dimensions of approximately 7.19″ (L) × 3.26″ (W) × 8.15″ (H), the Rove6 is easy to carry in one hand or in the dedicated shoulder bag.
The Inogen Rove 6 uses a pulse-dose delivery system with six flow settings (1–6), designed to match the user’s breathing pattern. The device detects each inhalation and delivers a bolus of oxygen right when you breathe in, helping to use oxygen efficiently while maintaining high oxygen purity of about 90–93% across the settings.
This “Intelligent Delivery Technology®” is optimized for use both while awake and asleep, and it is intended to be a single solution for 24/7 use for many patients, as prescribed by their physician.
Ultra-portable: From 4.7 lbs with standard battery, so you can carry it easily during shopping, walking or travel.
Long battery:
Up to approx. 12 hours on setting 2 with the extended (double) battery.
Quiet operation: Typical sound level is around 38–40 dBA at setting 2, making it suitable for quiet environments and night use.
Flexible power options:
AC power (100–240 V, 50–60 Hz) for use at home or hotel.
DC power cable for use in the car or other vehicles.
Internal battery and optional external charger for maximum flexibility.
Travel-ready: FAA-approved for use on most commercial flights (check with your airline before travel) and designed as an all-in-one portable solution.
The Inogen Rove 6 features a clear, easy-to-read LCD screen that shows flow setting, battery level and system alerts at a glance. Simple symbol-based buttons allow quick adjustment of settings, even for users with limited technical experience. Built-in alarms help indicate low battery, no breath detected, or system faults, supporting safe daily use when combined with proper training.
The Inogen Rove 6 is prescribed for adults who require supplemental oxygen due to chronic respiratory or cardiac conditions, such as:
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
Interstitial lung disease and pulmonary fibrosis
Chronic heart failure with hypoxemia
Other long-term lung diseases where the physician has prescribed ambulatory oxygen
Flow setting and usage schedule must always be determined by a healthcare professional. The Rove 6 is not intended to be life-supporting or life-sustaining in critical care situations and should always be used according to the official user manual and your doctor’s instructions.
