At Infinity MedTech, customer safety and product hygiene are our top priority.
Because CPAP, BiPAP, and oxygen therapy devices are personal medical equipment, returns are strictly regulated.
1. Returns are only accepted within 3 days
You may return or exchange a product only within 3 days of delivery, and only if:
• The device is completely unopened
• All factory seals are intact
• Packaging is undamaged
• The device has never been used, powered on, or tested
Used medical devices cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Opened or used medical devices are non-returnable
Due to hygiene and safety regulations in the UAE, any device that has been:
• opened
• powered on
• used
• or has accessories removed from packaging
cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
3. Defective products (DOA – Dead on Arrival)
If the device is not functioning upon delivery:
• You must notify us within 24 hours
• The product will undergo a technical inspection
• If confirmed defective, it will be replaced with a new unit
Refunds are not provided for defective items; replacement only.
4. Non-returnable items
• Used CPAP/BiPAP machines
• Masks
• Filters
• Tubes
• Humidifiers
• Oxygen concentrators after use
• Any accessories that have been opened
5. Cancellation before delivery
If the order has not been delivered, you may request cancellation and a refund will be processed.
